The Shack

Been saying for years that I'd like to stop and take a picture of this little shack in the woods.  Barely seen in summer, it becomes more visible when the leaves start to fall. Was feeling a bit "carpe diem"  as I drove past today, so I pulled over and took a few pics. Amazing how green we still are this late in October.

Been thinking I could use a little more "seize the day" in my life. Maybe you could too? We'll have to work on that... 


Word of advice: if seizing your day includes stepping into the woods to photograph an abandoned shack, CHECK FOR TICKS!
